Herbhari was founded out of a deep respect for nature’s wisdom by Dr. Krishnakumar R, a visionary with over 38 years of experience in health services, education, training, and counselling. Dr. Krishnakumar R comes from a family of doctors, his father being an MD in alternative medicine and a naturopath who practiced the philosophy that “food is medicine.” He believes our bodies are composed of the five elements (Pancha Boothas), and that substances inconsistent with these elements can cause irreversible damage. This profound understanding of various healing systems has enabled him to develop unique products aligned with the mission: “Nature meets Wellness.”

Driven by a passion for holistic healing, Dr. Krishnakumar focuses on providing natural alternatives to modern healthcare systems, which often carry harmful side effects. At Herbhari, we blend time-honoured herbal traditions with cutting-edge scientific advancements to formulate solutions that meet diverse wellness needs — from enhancing hair health and boosting energy to promoting overall well-being.

Dr. Krishnakumar, CEO is ably supported by Dr. Venkatesan Lakshminarasimhan, our Chief Operating Officer and Mentor, whose illustrious career spans over 40 years in education and the corporate sector. Dr Venkatesan is the Honorary Chairman of Computer society of India Coimbatore. He is a philanthropist who is passionate in serving humanity and is the Trustee of Lakshmi Venkatesan Charitable Trust an NGO to serve the community in education and health care. He is also an enthusiast in Green Revolution.

Mr. Mahesh Thulasi, our Chief Marketing Officer and Strategic Alliances is an accomplished educational consultant and Counsellor. He is also the founder and CEO of Bodhi academic Consulting in Coimbatore, Tamilnadu. Mahesh has notably promoted wellness initiatives, particularly through his involvement with Lyya Wellness Naturopath Centre at Melur Meadows, Coimbatore and he is recognised as a certified dietitian and wellness advisor for various institutions. His expertise spans across to integrating naturopathy, nutrition, and wellness, developing customised solutions for institutions collaborating and conducting workshops in multi-disciplinary streams. Mahesh strives to empower individuals to make sustainable choices that optimise overall health and wellbeing.
